Can I buy through this prototype?
No. This prototype is for UX testing only. It does not include live quote, payment, checkout, policy issuance, or claim submission functionality.
What is excess reimbursement?
In general terms, the rental company may charge the customer first for an eligible excess-related event, and the customer may then prepare a reimbursement claim under policy terms. Exact rules need partner and legal approval.
Does this remove the rental deposit?
No. Deposit and reimbursement are different. A rental company may still block a deposit or pre-authorise a card at pickup.
Why buy before pickup?
The working V1 assumption is that cover should be arranged before collecting the vehicle. The final rule depends on reviewed product documents from the selected route.
Who decides a claim outcome?
In a live version, claim assessment would follow the authorised claims route and policy documents. This prototype only shows a document preparation concept.
Is this an individual insurance recommendation?
No. The prototype shows factual journey steps and simulated concepts. It does not recommend a product for individual needs.
